新闻出版署就《网络游戏管理办法》征求意见，自12月22日起为期一个月。
不得设置强制对战。不得设置每日登录、首次充值、连续充值等诱导性奖励。不得以炒作、拍卖等形式提供或纵容虚拟道具高价交易行为。须设置并公示用户充值限额。
游戏币和虚拟道具交易服务，应以实名制数字人民币钱包开展。
随机抽取应合理设置次数概率，应提供兑换购买等直接获得相同性能虚拟道具和增值服务的方式。
游戏直播不得出现高额打赏。
内测用户数不得超过2万，不得收费或以广告商业合作获取收益，每次开始前需向省级出版部门报告，结束后必须删档。公测出版运营需经省级审核，报中央审批版号。
